How do I get the 10% discount for CBA Business Banking customers?
It’s easy as pie! Simply let us know your ABN by emailing us at support@doshii.com. Your discount will then be automatically applied from your next billing date.
How do I get the 5% discount for Retail & Catering Association members?
Easy peasy. Just reach out to us by emailing support@doshii.com. We'll let you know what's needed and your discount will then be automatically applied from your next billing date.
How much will I be charged?
The amount you are charged depends on the plan your venue is subscribed to.

What will I be charged for?
At the start of each month, you’ll be charged the monthly subscription fee relating to the plan your venue is subscribed to.
Additionally, if you’re on the Starter or Main Course plan, you’ll be charged a fee based on the total value of orders facilitated by Doshii each month for your venue. This fee is charged in arrears and payable at the start of the next billing month.
For example, if your venue is on the Main Course plan and makes $5,000 of order sales during the month via apps you’ve connected with Doshii, you will be invoiced $29 at the start of the billing period, plus an additional $5 on your next invoice ($5,000 x 0.1%) for order sales.

What orders do I pay for with Doshii?
Any successful orders to your POS from your Doshii connected App will be charged according to your plan. Refunded, rejected or cancelled orders will not be charged.
Apps that send other data or receive data from your POS via Doshii, such as Reservations and Rostering Apps, do not incur additional charges.
What if I have multiple venues?
If you have multiple venues you will receive an invoice for each venue, with itemised charges for each.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
When will I be billed?
You will receive an invoice at the start of each month and your payment method will be automatically charged.
Your first invoice will consist of only your subscription fee, while subsequent invoices may include your usage for the previous month as well as the next month’s subscription fee.
Can I change the frequency of my billing?
At this stage we only offer monthly billing.
How do I update my billing details?
Please contact us at support@doshii.com and we will direct you to where you can update your billing details. Please do not email us your payment details, you will be directed to update your details in a secure portal.
What can I do if my invoice is incorrect?
If you think you have received an invoice by mistake or there is an error on your invoice, please contact us to discuss. You can reach us by emailing: support@doshii.com or by calling (02) 4404 0001 during business hours.
If you are experiencing hardship, please contact us via the above methods to discuss your situation.
Why is there a pro-rata charge on my invoice?
Our billing cycle is by calendar month, however you are only charged for the period of the month that you have an active subscription with Doshii. This may mean your first invoice is pro-rata.
If you change your subscription plan at a later date, you may also see a pro-rata charge as you transition between the two plans.
How do I cancel my Doshii subscription?
If Doshii isn’t your flavour, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact us at support@doshii.com or call (02) 4404 0001 during business hours.
Do you offer multiple venue pricing?
If you’ve got four or more venues that you’d like to connect to Doshii, get in touch by emailing sales@doshii.com. Our sales team can share our group pricing.
