How do I know what plan I’m on?
You can see which plan you’re subscribed to by logging in to Doshii, selecting the profile button in the top navigation bar, then ‘Settings’, then ‘Payments and billing’.
You can also find this information on the payment summary emailed to you at the start of each billing period.

What will I be charged for?
At the start of each month, you’ll be charged a monthly subscription fee based on the plan your venue is subscribed to. When you initially subscribe to a plan, you will only be charged for the portion of the month that you have an active subscription with Doshii.
If you’ve connected an ordering app to Doshii (listed under ‘Pickup & Delivery’ or ‘In-venue Ordering’ on our website), you’ll also be charged a monthly order sales fee based on the total value of orders facilitated by Doshii each month for your venue. This fee is charged in arrears and payable at the start of the next billing month.
- For example, if your venue is on the Main Course plan and makes $5,000 of order sales during the month of March using ordering apps you’ve connected with Doshii, you will be billed $39 at the start of the March, plus an additional $10 at the start of the April ($5,000 x 0.2%) for order sales.

Which orders are included in the monthly order sales fee?
Any successful orders facilitated by Doshii (i.e. sent to your POS from an ordering app connected to Doshii) will be charged a monthly order sales fee according to your plan. Refunded, rejected or cancelled orders will not be charged.
An ordering app is any app that you use to receive online orders from customers. These are listed under the ‘Pickup & Delivery’ and ‘In-venue Ordering’ categories on our website.
Apps that send or receive other data from your POS using Doshii, such as Reservations and Rostering apps, do not incur additional charges.
How much will I be charged?
The amount you are charged depends on the plan your venue is subscribed to.

Why is there a pro-rata charge on my payment summary?
Our billing cycle is by calendar month. You will only be charged for the portion of the month that you have an active subscription with Doshii.
If you change plans during a month, you’ll be charged based on the portion of the month you are on each of your old and new plans.
What if I have multiple venues?
If you have multiple venues, you will receive a payment summary for each venue, with itemised charges for each. You will also be asked to provide a payment method for each venue, with each venue being billed separately. If you wish to combine the billing of multiple venues, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
When will I be billed?
Your supplied payment method will be billed at the start of each month and a payment summary sent to your email address.
Your first payment will consist of only your monthly subscription fee, while subsequent payments may include monthly order sales fees (if you’ve connected an ordering app) for the previous month as well as the next month’s subscription fee.
Can I change the frequency of my billing?
At this stage we only offer monthly billing.
How do I update my billing details?
To update your payment or billing details, log in to your Doshii account, select the profile button in the top navigation bar, then ‘Settings’, then ‘Payments and billing’.
If you’re having trouble, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a direct link to update your payment and billing details using a secure portal. Please do not send us your payment details via email.
How do I make a billing enquiry?

How do I cancel my Doshii subscription?
