Q: I am having trouble logging into my Doshii Connect account
A: Ensure that you have entered the correct email address - if the email address or password are incorrect, you will receive the following error:
Double check the email address you have entered is correct. If so, click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password and try again.
If you haven't signed up to Doshii yet, you will need to do this first - click Get connected to start this process.
Q: How do I create a Doshii account?
A: Simply fill in the required fields to get connected:
Our wizard will walk you through the information needed.
Your password must meet the complexity requirements: Use 8 or more characters, a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least 1 number and symbol.
Q: How do I add my venue details?
A: Our sign up wizard will guide you through adding your venue details. You can start typing your venue's name or address and we will automatically look it up for you. If you venue details are showing, you can simply click your venue name from the list and then click Continue. You will then have the opportunity to review the details and amend if needed.
If you can't see your venue, or you prefer to enter the details manually, you can click Enter address manually where you can type your venue details manually.
Q: How do I select my Point Of Sale (POS) system?
A: Our sign up wizard will show you all the the different Point Of Sale systems that we support and prompt you to select your Point of Sale system. Select your POS and you will be presented with some information about your POS and what the next steps are. Click Submit connection request to complete the sign up process.
Q: How do I request an App connection?
It's really easy to request a connection to one or many of our Apps. Simply click Connect your apps. You can browse our extensive App Marketplace to find the right app for your venue and then click Connect. Our customer success team will action your request as soon as your POS connection is complete.
