Why can’t I see my product variations in my POS menu in Doshii?

The issue

The names for these menu items differ between POS systems. If you can't see these in Doshii, this is typically a limitation of the integration.

For example, 'Modifiers' is a Lightspeed POS term. If you are a Lightspeed customer and you don't see 'Modifiers' in the menu, this is because the Doshii <> Lightspeed integration does not support it. However, Doshii does receive 'Option sets'.

'Adjustments' is another example. This is a particular type of option group set in Impos which doesn't sync to Doshii in the menu.

What can you do?

You can create options sets that will flow through to the Doshii menu.
