Why does my menu look funny? (Doshii logic)

Doshii menus are presented according to 'Doshii Logic'.

If you see notation in the menu similar to 'Doshii:virtual:x' or 'Doshii:optional:x', this means that Doshii has used internal logic to make the menu appear as it should without needing to make changes in the POS.
