If you are experiencing issues with orders via the Doshii integration, our team would be happy to help investigate for you. You can always email Doshii's Customer Success team. Please include as much information as possible, such as:
- your venue details
- date and time of issue
- description of issue
- how often issue is occurring
- any screenshots from your Epos Now POS at the time that help to explain the issue
- any recordings of actions that you take when the issue occurs
- any receipts or dockets that demonstrate what went wrong.
