Who manages print settings?
Your Doshii integration enables your Epos Now POS to seamlessly communicate with your connected Apps, but printing is always configured via your POS.
When you integrate with Doshii, you may see differences in how your dockets print. This is due to settings within Epos Now. Doshii will send order information to your Epos Now POS (such as order IDs, customer name, items ordered, etc.), but the printing rules within Epos Now ultimately determine how this is printed.
