Docket looks different from UberEats printer

Your UberEats printer uses a printing template specific to UberEats.

Ordermate POS prints dockets/tickets for your in-venue and online orders based on their own printing templates. There may be differences in the sizing, fields, information order, etc.

Doshii passes UberEats order information to Ordermate POS, and Ordermate POS prints these fields according to their own specific docket/ticket template.
