Who manages print settings?
Your Doshii integration enables your Square POS to seamlessly communicate with your connected Apps, but printing is always configured via your POS.
When you integrate with Doshii, you may see differences in how your dockets print. This is due to settings within Square. Doshii will send order information to your Square POS (such as order IDs, customer name, items ordered, etc.), but the printing rules within Square ultimately determine how this is printed.
Printing of orders facilitated by Doshii is controlled by the 'online order ticket' feature in Square. This is toggled on automatically at connection with Doshii, but you may need to make some refinements to your settings to meet your specific business needs.
