Look at the dockets that have printed. Note the ID of the terminal responsible for printing them.
If the terminal IDs are different on each docket
- You may have online printing configured on more than one iPad terminal. For online printing to work correctly, it only needs to be configured on one terminal. This setting will apply across your POS. Duplicate printing results from this setting being configured on multiple terminals.
If the terminal IDs are the same on each docket
- Check your configuration settings for printing. You may have configured your Square POS to print each order twice at some point in the past.
