Doshii will do all of the initial set up of your DoorDash Eats menu, however we know that things change and you will want to add or modify the items on your menu. The Doshii Menu Manager tool gives you the control to edit and publish your menu to DoorDash when you want to.

Make Edits and Publish your Menu
To View Your Menu

Log in to Doshii.com

Select the venue you want to view from the venue dropdown

Click on the Menu tab
You can easily find all your menu items on the Menu's landing page under ‘All Items’.
Click on the menu card to view your menu.
Availability
It is easy to set availability in your DoorDash menu. Simply click on the availability drop down in the All Items view or open a menu item and click the availability drop down there.
Availability will update in your DoorDash app instantly - you do not need to publish.
Make Edits and Publish your Menu
You have two options for updating your menu:
- Updating via the All Items screen
- Updating via the Menu card
Updating via the All Items screen: If you open an item from the All Items section, you can make edits to your item and option groups and instantly publish them using the publish button.
Updating via the Menu card: Open the menu and make edits to multiple items before publishing. When you edit items through the menu card, your changes will be saved in a temporary draft state throughout your session. Remember to click the publish button once you're ready to push the changes to your DoorDash. If you try to leave the menu without publishing your changes, we'll give you a warning to prevent any accidental loss of your edits.
Remember: if you update the name or price of your option groups in Doshii, we'll assume that's what you want your customers to see in the app menus. If you want to keep your app menus in sync with your POS data, then don't update those values in Doshii. For example, if you want to set customer-friendly names in Doshii but keep the prices in sync, set the name value in Doshii but don't enter a value for the price.
Add new items

Open the menu and click ‘add item’ in the category you want to add the item to

Search for the item by name or POS ID and select the item you want to add

Customize how you want the item to appear on your app menu and click publish on your menu card
You can add a new option group to an item by clicking on the option groups tab and choosing ‘Add option group’. Then searching for the option group by name or POS ID.
If you cannot find the item or option group you are looking for, try searching by different variations of the name or the POS ID.
If you can't find it, try creating the item in your POS and then searching again. If you're still having trouble, contact our customer service team.
Delete Items or Option Groups
To remove an option group from an item, follow these steps:

Open the menu item

Go to the option groups tab

Click the 3 dots on the right of the group

Select 'delete group'

Click publish to push this change to your app.
To delete an item from your DoorDash app:

Open the menu and hover over the menu item you want to delete

Click the 3 dots and choose 'Delete item'

Confirm the deletion when prompted

Click publish at the top of the menu card
Images

Click on the item's image
-
Choose the JPG, JPEG, or PNG file

Click update to publish the change to your app
Note:Images should be minimum 1400 x 800px.
Currently, DoorDash menu images go through a review process and it can take 2-3 days for new images to be live on your DoorDash menu. This is normal. Where you have replaced an image, the old image will remain until the new image is approved. We're are working with DoorDash to move towards photos being automatically approved.
Categories
To add a category

Click the 'Add category' button at the bottom of your menu

Give the category a name

You can also click on ‘Add description’ to give the category a description

Click ‘Add item’ to add items to your category

Drag the category to the desired position

Click publish to update your menu
To edit a category:

Click on the category name to edit it

You can also click on the category description to edit
-
Click publish to update your menu
To delete a category:

Click on the three dots next to the category name

Choose 'Delete category'
-
Click publish
Important! Deleting a category will delete all items within it. Drag items to another category first if you want to keep them.
To re-order your menu
- Drag and drop categories, items, option groups, and options to re-order them on your menu.
- Click Publish
Operating Hours
You must set your operating hours in Doshii. This is how the DoorDash integration works by default. To set your operating hours, follow this help guide.
If you wish to have your operating hours set in a different way, please contact Doshii Customer Support and they will be able to configure this for you.
