You have two options for updating your menu:

1. Via the All Items Screen
2. Via the Menu Card

Updating via the All Items screen: If you open an item from the All Items section, you can make your edits and instantly publish them using the publish button.

Updating via the Menu card: Open the menu and make edits to multiple items before publishing. When you edit items through the menu card, your changes will be saved in a temporary draft state throughout your session. Remember to click the publish button once you're ready to push the changes to your app. If you try to leave the menu without publishing your changes, we'll give you a warning to prevent any accidental loss of your edits.

Which apps will my edits be published to?

The app logos will show you which apps the items are linked to. Where we detect that the same item is on more than one app menu we’ll update it on whichever menu it’s on.

We look at the item name, image, description, nutritional tags, and associated option groups to identify if the same item is on more than one app. If these details match exactly, we consider them as one item. We don't compare categories or prices because they can vary between different apps.

How do I edit option groups and options? (AKA modifier groups, modifiers and variants)

You can edit option groups and options from the All Items section and publish that change immediately to your apps. Or you can open the menu and edit multiple items there before publishing.

How do I add a new option group?

1. Open the menu item

2. Click the option groups tab

3. Click on ‘Add option group’

4. Search for the option group by name or POS ID

I can’t find the option group I’m looking for?

Try searching for the option group by different variations of the product name or the POS ID. If you've already added the option group to a different item on the menu you’re editing or another app menu, we'll return the customer-friendly name you set.

If you can't find it, try creating the item in your POS and then searching again. If you're still having trouble, contact our customer service team.

How do I remove an option group from a menu item?

1. Open the menu item

2. Go to the option groups tab

3. Click the 3 dots on the right of the group

4. Select 'delete group'

5. Click publish to push this change to your app.

How do I set different prices for a menu item by app?

To set different prices for the same menu item on different apps:

1. Open the menu item that is on multiple apps

2. Toggle off the 'Same price by app' setting

3. Set the price you want for each individual app

4. Click ‘publish’ to push the change to your supported apps

How do I add a new menu item?

1. Open the menu where you want to add the item

2. In the desired category, click the 'add item' button

3. Search for the item by name or POS ID

4. Select the item you want to add

5. Customize how you want the item to appear on your app menu

6. Click publish on the menu card

Note: You can only add an item to a category once

How do I delete an item?

1. Go to the menu where you want to delete

2. Hover over the menu item, click the 3 dots and choose 'Delete item'

3. Confirm the deletion when prompted

4. Click publish at the top of the menu card
