What is Doshii Menu Manager?
Doshii Menu Manager allows you to manage your connected app menus in one place. Once your app menu has been set up by our Customer Success team or your app partner, you can easily view and edit your menus yourself.
Supported apps include Uber Eats, Doordash, Skip, Loke and Yesterday with more to come.
Why can’t I see my app menu in Doshii Menu Manager?
Doshii Menu Manager currently supports Uber Eats, Doordash, Skip, Loke, and Yesterday.
If your app is not supported, you will need to manage your menu as you have previously (using Doshii Dashboard or by contacting your app partner or Doshii's Customer Success team).
Can Doshii update my POS?
No, Doshii does not update your POS data.
Any changes you make to the names, descriptions or prices of menu items and options will be made in your ordering app menus only. No changes are made to your POS.
What if i don’t know any of my POS details?
Because Doshii integrates your ordering apps with your POS, you have to link anything that appears on your app menus in Doshii with a valid POS ID.
If you're having trouble finding or don't know your POS details, we suggest reaching out to someone in your venue who is familiar with your POS data for help. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
