The issue
Ordermate allows you to create different pricing levels for menu items. When you integrate with Doshii, the first pricing level is synced with Doshii by default. The integration can only support one level of pricing.
What can you do?
You can request to have a different pricing level synced to Doshii - this will replace the pricing of the original menu that was synced. For example, if you are using Doshii to connect delivery apps and you have a different pricing level for these, you may wish to have that pricing level synced with Doshii, rather than your default in-venue pricing level.
