The Doshii<>Ordermate integration supports availability. This means that if the stock count for an item hits zero, it will be automatically updated to unavailable in Doshii and this will flow through to your connected App menus.
You can mark an item as out of stock in either Waitermate or Officemate. To do so:
Go to Daily Tasks - > Item Countdown
Find the item you need to manage
From there you can check/update the qty of this item. The item will be updated to unavailable in the Doshii menu when the item count is zero.
Note: the stock count does not sync to Doshii, the item will become unavailable automatically once the stock count is zero.
