What does the connection process look like?

After you select Ordermate POS in the Doshii sign up process, Doshii will receive a venue registration ticket for your venue.

Doshii then sends your connection request to Ordermate and waits for them to provision your location to connect with Doshii. This normally takes 2-3 business days.

Once Ordermate has completed their end of the provisioning request, they send a unique code back to Doshii, which allows us to complete the connection on our end.

When this last step is completed by the Doshii Customer Success team, your location will come online automatically.
