Currently, the Lightspeed integration does not support availability updates flowing to Doshii. Therefore, if you mark an item as product unavailable using Lightspeed's inventory tools, this update is not sent to Doshii.
However, there is a way that you can manage your item availability via your Lightspeed POS.
How to manage online item visibility
In Lightspeed Back Office, select the Products menu option, then Online Products, then the Modify tab.
Items with Show Online ticked will appear in Doshii and connected app partners.
To ensure the online visibility of all items in a category, leave the category collapsed and tick Show Online.
To manage the online visibility of individual items within a category, view all category items by clicking the > arrow next to the Show Online check box.
If you wish to make a product unavailable, untick Show Online for the category or product; this will send an update to Doshii, removing the item(s) from your Doshii menu.
If these items are in your online App menus, these updates will also flow through to your App menu.
When you wish to mark the item or category as available again, simply reset the Show Online tick and the updates will be sent to Doshii and this item will reappear in your Doshii menu.
If you are looking for a specific item that is not in the Doshii menu, check to see if the item is flagged as an online menu item in your POS. When the item is flagged for inclusion in the online menu, it will sync through to Doshii automatically.
