The Doshii integration with Lightspeed Kounta POS will reject orders for the following reasons.

|Pass Thru Printing
|Pass Thru Printing Add-on is not enabled
|Enable the Pass Thru Printing Add-on. Refer to this article for details.
|Pass Thru Register is offline
|If the Pass Thru Register is offline, Lightspeed will reject all orders. Refer to this article for details.
|Default Pass Thru Register is not set for this site.
|Pass Thru add-on is enabled, but no default PTP has been defined. Refer to Step 4 in this article for details.
Item missing POSID
|Lightspeed requires all orders to have item ID - it will automatically reject orders that do not contain these IDs.
Item does not have the specified option set assigned to it
|The option set must be linked to the item in the POS menu for Lightspeed to accept the order. Refer to this article for details.
Item doesn't exist in Lightspeed
|One of the items in the order cannot be found in your Lightspeed POS menu.
|Update your menu in Lightspeed to include the item, or ensure that you have checked the online box for that item in your Lightspeed POS menu.
Item variant doesn't exist in Lightspeed
|One of the variants in the order cannot be found in your LightspeedPOS menu.
|Update your menu in Lightspeed to include the item variant.
Payment total is different from order total
|The payment amount does not match the order amount.
|Ensure orders do not have partial or over payments.
Online orders temporarily turned off
|This happens when the venue has Temporary Disabled the Online Orders from the Online Orders Settings.
|Refer to Managing your online availability for details of turning online orders on again when suitable.
