This scenario only relates to Uber orders.
To ensure you don't miss any orders, when there is an issue with order acceptance by your Lightspeed POS (eg Lightspeed rejects the order because the item is out of stock), the order will be sent to your Uber Eats tablet as a fallback process.
You will have the option to manually accept or reject these orders within 10 minutes, or they will be cancelled automatically by UberEats. Where you choose to accept the order, you will need to manually key the order into your Lightspeed POS.
