What does the connection process look like?

Follow the steps below to connect your Lightspeed (Kounta) locations to Doshii.

Step 1:  Sign up and Create user

Head to Doshii.com, select Get Connected.

Enter your details in this screen to create your Doshii account. Select Create account.

Step 2:  Search venue

Enter your venue name and select it from the list of search results.

If you prefer, you can add your address manually by clicking Edit address manually

Step 3:  Review venue

Venue details are displayed. Review they are correct, make any changes you want, select Continue.

Step 4:  Select POS

Select the Lightspeed point of sale system.

Step 5:  Connect Lightspeed to Doshii

Select Login to Lightspeed.

Step 6:  Sign in to Lightspeed

Enter your Lightspeed email address and password and select Sign in.

Step 7:  Authorise API

Select Allow to authorise the API.

Step 8:  Select locations to connect

Select the locations you wish to connect with Doshii and select Confirm venue connection.

You will be prompted to connect apps from Doshii's app marketplace. Click Connect your apps to view our App Marketplace and request App Connections, or close the message window.

Your Lightspeed POS venues are immediately connected.
