Who manages print settings?
Your Doshii integration enables your Lightspeed POS to seamlessly communicate with your connected Apps, but printing is always configured via your POS.
When you integrate with Doshii, you may see differences in how your dockets print. This is due to settings within Lightspeed. Doshii will send order information to your Lightspeed POS (such as order IDs, customer name, items ordered, etc.), but the printing rules within Lightspeed ultimately determine how this is printed.
