Why is the wrong item printing? (e.g., cheeseburger was ordered, but hamburger was printed)

Doshii uses an integrated menu system which maps items in an app menu to your items in the POS menu.

Sometimes, the mapping is incorrect due to human error.  You can always see which POS item an App item is mapped to in Doshii's menu management tools.  For help identifying issues with your menu, please reach out to Doshii Customer Success with details and they will teach you how to identify and fix these issues.
