Orders progress through three statuses:
- Pending: The order is waiting to be accepted by the POS.
- Accepted: The order has been accepted by the POS. An order will remain in Accepted status until a payment has been received.
- Complete: A payment transaction matches the order and it can be closed. Orders sent via Doshii typically auto-complete because they are pre-paid.
Sometimes App orders sent to Square may not auto-complete. If this occurs at your venue, please email Doshii Customer Success and we can configure your App orders to auto-complete after a set duration (e.g., 10 minutes).
