The example in this document appears to be out of date, for example, it does not have the totalBeforeSurcounts, totalAfterSurcounts fields.
In addition, I think it will be more helpful to be very clear whenever these field is returning an amount in cents(I'm going to assume it does for consistency, as there is no example for them here).
